Source-backed public venue pricing

Published price observations are approximate planning context, not a booking quote or a guarantee of the current price at a particular branch. Review the linked sources, item or ticket unit, publication date when available, and applicable conditions. Menu-item prices are not an invented meal total. If a price cannot be independently matched to published source text, GoKnowing does not supply a guessed numeric amount. Confirm final prices and availability directly with the venue before purchasing.

Guest access and beta availability

The mobile app may allow an unsigned user to check weather and calculate one route. The website may allow one unsigned route calculation, but unsigned website weather checks and all other protected features require an account. Destination search needed to prepare that route is supporting functionality, not a separate entitlement. Guest access is tied to a pseudonymous installation identifier and remains subject to network, provider, security, and shared-service limits. Clearing browser data, reinstalling, rotating identifiers, automating requests, or otherwise trying to obtain repeated guest allowances is prohibited.

GoKnowing is currently a beta service. An administrator can switch the native launch notice on or off and change the displayed beta-user limit. That number is an availability notice, not a promise that registration, every provider, or every feature will be available. Beta features may be incomplete, interrupted, inaccurate, or changed while reliability and safety are improved. Keep independent travel and emergency arrangements and do not rely on beta availability for urgent needs.

Private group planning and trusted connections

Invite only people you know and who wish to participate. Group members can read the group history, including new members; do not post another person's sensitive information without permission. Group chats are server-encrypted, not end-to-end encrypted. You can decline AI context while continuing to chat. The @AI assistant uses only eligible messages from consenting current members; its replies can be wrong and do not verify dietary suitability, accessibility, opening hours or safety. Review source information and confirm important requirements directly. Votes and the creator's confirmed meeting point are planning choices, not bookings. Members may leave, remove their shared starting point and mute notifications; the creator may remove members, revoke invitations or delete the group. Each group supports up to 32 members, and fair-use protections apply.

Every member can hide a message for themselves, block or unblock another member, and report a selected message or member privately. Blocking separates the two accounts inside shared groups but does not remove either member. Reports send only the evidence you explicitly select and an optional note to restricted GoKnowing reviewers; do not include unrelated sensitive information. GoKnowing may reject clear high-confidence threats, exploitation or repetitive spam before posting and may, after review, remove selected content or temporarily or indefinitely restrict group posting. Decisions can be wrong; contact support to ask about a restriction. False, coordinated or malicious reports and attempts to evade a restriction are prohibited. In immediate danger, contact emergency services rather than relying on group reporting.

A trusted-contact handshake is mutual consent, not a government identity check; verify the accepted name through a known channel. Guardian readiness checks setup, not receipt or response. Corridor Watch checks bounded upcoming samples at most every three minutes while location updates are available; it does not continuously scan every metre or replace attention to the road. Alerts must be read only when safe, and rerouting requires a new watch. It does not contact emergency services or guarantee detection.

Crowd Shield volunteers and proximity estimates

Crowd Shield is an optional community alert system, not emergency-service dispatch. Volunteers are not identity-checked, vetted rescuers or guaranteed to respond. Never send false alerts, harass people, track them without consent or put yourself in danger. Contact local emergency services when needed and meet only where it is safe to do so.

Five-kilometre matching depends on recent consented device locations and their uncertainty; it does not reach every installed phone. Push delivery and background execution are not guaranteed. Distance rounded to metres is still a GPS estimate, not metre-level positioning. Pucks show available phone heading, not necessarily body direction. Nearby alerts require repeated fresh observations of adequate quality with both rendezvous screens active; they are not proof of arrival. Buildings, magnetic interference, crowds, permissions and network delay can make distance or direction unreliable.

Preparation tools and arrival check-ins

Ready to Go reports configuration and preparation checks, not guaranteed readiness or safety. Appointment packs use your own checklist; confirm actual requirements with the responsible institution. Last-300-metres notes are personally recorded pins and access notes, not verified accessible entrances or indoor routes. Check current signs and venue guidance.

Private arrival monitoring is opt-in, time-limited, and reports proximity with a dwell period rather than proof of safety. Your Circle may see the arrival event; no journey trail is shared by that feature. Device, network and GPS interruptions can prevent it. Test Run messages must be agreed to by the recipient and clearly labelled. Delivery and read receipts do not mean help is coming. The offline emergency card contains user-entered information and is not a substitute for verified medical information.

Native navigation starts only if a freshly supplied route can be matched to the selected geometry. A reroute or alternative chosen during navigation invalidates the earlier Guardian assessment. Sampled conditions do not verify every metre; unobserved sections are neither safe observations nor detected hazards.

Outcome Guard and Door-to-Done estimates

Outcome Guard is a planning aid; Completion Map is its map-based comparison view. It may use a language model to separate and classify the ordered errands you write, but live mapping providers—not the language model—supply candidate venues, opening information, routes, and distances. It may compare suitable places and estimate a complete trip using traffic-aware routes, opening signals, mapped arrival and entrance points where available, published parking types, walking, task duration, expected queue pressure, weather, a dynamic uncertainty allowance, and timings you explicitly saved. Parking options do not provide live space occupancy, so a parking-search duration may remain a clearly labelled estimate. Planning confidence is a comparative readiness score—not a statistical probability or guarantee that a task can be completed by a deadline.

You remain responsible for confirming critical inventory, prescriptions, appointments, admission, accessibility, opening hours, parking, and official travel conditions. Optional timings you submit to improve future Door-to-Done estimates must be reasonably accurate and can be deleted through the feature.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and GoKnowing, an independent project operated by Yosef Abougwila in the United Arab Emirates (“GoKnowing,” “we,” or “us”). They apply when you browse the service, create an account, or use the website or mobile app. The Privacy Policy is part of the information presented at sign-up. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the service.

You must be at least 13 years old and confirm this at registration. Accounts for children under 13 are not permitted. If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms and permit your use. A guardian who permits use should help the young user make safe travel decisions and protect the account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service where you live.

Plans, renewals, refunds, and payment

Before subscription sales are enabled, Reserve records one preferred plan and billing period without taking payment, beginning a trial, or creating a renewal. You may change or cancel that reservation. When sales are enabled, a subscription is connected to your GoKnowing account and may be bought through Apple App Store, Google Play, or an enabled RevenueCat website checkout. The store or checkout page shows the final localized price, billing period, any trial, taxes, and an explicit confirmation before payment. Website prices are displayed in US dollars for comparison but charged in UAE dirhams.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the responsible store or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally end the period already paid. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or deleting GoKnowing data does not cancel Apple, Google, or web billing. The deletion flow warns you when a known active subscription exists. Restore or refresh can reconnect a valid provider entitlement to the same GoKnowing account; do not buy again merely because a connection failed after store confirmation.

Monthly allowances reset each subscription month. Opening stored history or a cached result does not itself create a new live-provider action. Annual members may carry the configured share—initially 50%—of unused base allowance into the immediately following month only. Carried units are spent first and cannot roll into a third month. A restricted administrator may apply an audited support credit or correction, or add temporary or revocable complimentary plan access without representing it as a purchase. Provider-confirmed paid access takes priority over complimentary access. A reduction never erases units already consumed, and an active credit cannot be revoked when doing so would put current usage above the resulting allowance. Expired paid access may restrict premium features, while core SOS receipt and live emergency sharing remain available subject to security, abuse, and global service protections.

Apple, Google, and the web payment provider remain authoritative for payment, renewal, chargeback, and refund outcomes. For an eligible first website payment, GoKnowing currently offers refund review when requested within seven days. Use of no more than 25% of the highest included allowance can qualify for full-refund review; greater use can qualify only for a usage-adjusted partial review. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights, override provider rules, or guarantee approval where fraud, abuse, chargeback, or legal restrictions apply. Apple decides Apple refund requests. Google or web requests may be processed through the provider or require verified manual action.

What GoKnowing provides

GoKnowing is a travel and personal-safety workspace that can provide maps and place search, route choices, traffic-aware estimates, destination weather, expected venue activity, Best Time and place comparisons, favorites, recent journeys, context-aware multi-stop day plans, commute routines, on-device departure reminders, route sharing, journey monitoring, natural-language assistance, and optional mobile notifications. Guardian can add evidence-based route-condition assessment, Escape Routes, a private emergency Capsule and Life Vault, Family Circles and care tasks, explicit check-ins, optional consent-based background live location, a server-backed Journey Timer, explicitly armed voice-phrase detection that may continue in the background on supported mobile devices, SOS contact alerts, and Response Radar.

Features may differ by device, browser, location, permission, account state, configuration, dataset coverage, or provider availability. A feature may be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or sustainable operating cost. GoKnowing will try to avoid unnecessary disruption but does not promise that every feature will always be available.

How estimates, scores, and Best Time work

GoKnowing adds its own processing to external context. It normalizes different signals onto consistent scales, checks whether relevant inputs are available, applies your selected priorities, labels confidence, builds timelines, filters hours that appear closed, and can recommend quieter or stronger visit windows.

The GoKnowing Visit Score compares a bounded number of practical arrival windows using available journey efficiency, expected venue activity, and weather comfort. Guardian separately scores sampled route sections using only returned evidence, draws missing information toward a neutral value instead of treating it as measured danger, and aggregates the sections by travelled distance. Its evidence coverage remains separate from the score. Recent incident context is excluded unless the official snapshot can be loaded. When present, the result is a relative recorded-incident concentration percentile in that snapshot, not an accident probability.

A high score, confidence label, “no caution detected” message, or favourable condition does not guarantee an outcome or establish that a route is safe. Traffic, incidents, road attributes, schedules, weather, venue activity, opening hours, and provider data can be incomplete or change between calculation and arrival.

Registration and account responsibility

Provide a valid email address and accurate registration details. Sign-up requires email verification, acceptance of the policy versions shown, and—when enabled—a mobile number you control verified through WhatsApp or SMS. A verified mobile number may be attached to only one account. Keep your password, one-time codes, authenticator setup, and recovery codes confidential. Use a unique password and notify GoKnowing promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

One installation may create no more than two accounts unless GoKnowing changes that limit. Existing accounts remain usable when the creation ceiling is reached. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent allowed by law, except where it results from GoKnowing’s failure to use reasonable security measures. You must not sell, lend, or transfer an account; impersonate another person; register with contact information you do not control; or create extra accounts to bypass security, rate, or usage limits.

Service analytics and account support

Restricted administrators may review an account email beside aggregate feature actions, cache hits, external-service request counts, estimated operating cost, and bounded participant-count statistics. For customer support, they may also review up to 30 days of operational request metadata such as feature, provider category, status, request count, estimated cost, time, and support request identifier. Privacy-filtered release diagnostics can include crash or ANR type, filtered stack structure, standard app/device/operating-system crash context, startup and route-loading timing, and aggregate provider latency. A problem report includes only what you deliberately type or attach, plus its categories, build metadata, and support reference; you must review any screenshot before sending it. GoKnowing also keeps up to 90 days of content-free daily completion and abandonment totals for three task flows, split by website, iOS, or Android. Those totals contain no account or device identifier, search text, route, coordinates, messages, documents, location, shared-link token, or Guardian content. Account-linked daily aggregates are retained only for the active calendar month and request diagnostics for 30 days. GoKnowing may suspend an account and revoke its active sessions and notification registrations when reasonably necessary for abuse, a security risk, a material terms violation, or another legitimate service-protection reason. A restored account must sign in again.

Location, microphone, and device permissions

Location, microphone, and notification access are optional operating-system or browser permissions. Location-dependent features may be unavailable if access is refused, but you can usually type a place instead. Ordinary voice input starts only when you press its control. Guardian voice SOS listens only after you explicitly arm it. In the mobile app it may continue in the background with the platform microphone indicator or ongoing notification and stops when you disarm it or terminate the app. The operating system can still suspend or interrupt recognition. Notifications are sent only after opt-in and can be disabled.

Guardian live sharing starts only when you deliberately create its private link and grant background location. iOS displays its background location indicator and Android displays an ongoing foreground-service notification. Sharing continues until you tap Stop while fresh updates arrive; if they cease, the private link expires automatically. The operating system, network, permission state, or location services can interrupt updates. Granting permission alone does not start sharing. You are responsible for checking permission and in-app indicators, especially on a shared device. GoKnowing is not an emergency location service or a service for secretly locating another person.

Natural-language assistant

The assistant interprets ordinary language into supported app actions and can explain documented GoKnowing features and policies. It does not have authority to change these terms, inspect source code, make binding promises, provide legal advice, or guarantee external data. It cannot silently read your Guardian Capsule or Life Vault, join a Circle, start tracking, or send an SOS. Its structured output is checked by GoKnowing before an action is applied, but you must still review the understood place, time, mode, and preferences.

Do not put passwords, one-time codes, payment information, authenticator secrets, private medical details, or other unnecessary sensitive information into the assistant. Prompt-injection attempts, requests to expose internal systems, and instructions to bypass safeguards may be ignored or blocked.

Your content, saved plans, and shared links

You retain ownership of names, nicknames, plan titles, messages, documents, Guardian Capsule details, care tasks, and other information you submit. You grant GoKnowing a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the features you choose.

You must have the right to submit the content and must not include unlawful, harmful, infringing, or confidential information belonging to another person without permission. Add another person as an emergency contact or Circle member only with an appropriate basis and obtain their consent where required. A shared journey includes your chosen display name, but not your email address or account profile. A shared journey, fallback SOS-response link, or Guardian live link can be opened by anyone who possesses it until it expires; an account-bound app response also requires the matching signed-in account. A live-link holder can see the sender’s exact fresh location without signing in. You are responsible for choosing recipients, protecting links and stopping a session if a link reaches the wrong person. You must not use sharing, Circles, check-ins, alerts or location links to track, harass, expose or endanger another person.

Notifications, Journey Timer, and SOS

Notifications and emails are not guaranteed alarms. On-device departure reminders are scheduled locally on a supported mobile device; monitored-journey and Journey Timer alerts may be processed by the server when that service and your account are configured. A Capsule contact whose verified phone number or verified account email matches the saved contact can receive an account-bound SOS push only after separately enabling Guardian SOS alerts. GoKnowing may use configured WhatsApp or email delivery as a fallback. Any alert may be delayed, duplicated, suppressed, rejected, or undelivered because of network conditions, provider outages, device settings, low-power modes, permissions, operating-system scheduling, inaccurate source data, invalid contact details, or an expired session.

A provider accepting a push, email, or WhatsApp SOS or timer message is not confirmation that the recipient saw, read, or acted on it. A Response Radar choice records only what the holder of the private link selected; it does not verify identity, location, arrival, or emergency-service dispatch. Triggering SOS does not itself contact police, ambulance, civil defence, or another public authority.

Keep your own calendar or alarm for critical departures and timers, and call the appropriate emergency number directly in danger. Enabling an alert does not transfer responsibility for safety or arriving on time to GoKnowing.

Fair use, rate limits, and availability

GoKnowing may apply fair-use, security, plan and service-availability limits by action, feature, account, device or time period. Allowances can vary by plan and may be adjusted as demand, provider availability, misuse patterns, or sustainable operating limits change. Saved or offline results may remain available while a live feature is temporarily paused.

An optional on-device journey pack is a short-lived reference, not live navigation. Traffic, closures, weather, venue conditions and Guardian evidence may have changed since it was saved. Refresh the route and obtain a new Guardian assessment before relying on current conditions.

You must not evade limits by using multiple accounts, automated clients, clearing or altering installation identifiers, rotating networks or making direct requests to internal services. A limit response is not a promise that access will resume at an exact time. Repeated abuse may lead to additional restriction or suspension.

Acceptable use

Use GoKnowing only for lawful personal planning and other uses we expressly permit. You must not:

• attack, probe, scan, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service;
• introduce malware, malicious scripts, deceptive content, or unauthorized automation;
• post threats, targeted harassment, hateful or discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, dangerous incitement, privacy violations, impersonation, scams, or repetitive spam;
• submit knowingly false or coordinated reports, retaliate against a reporter, or evade a content or account restriction;
• obtain or attempt to obtain another user’s account, session, location, shared plan, or personal information;
• bypass authentication, policy acceptance, provider attribution, security controls, or usage limits;
• resell, bulk-download, republish, or build a competing dataset from maps, routes, weather, place, or venue-activity content;
• use the service for surveillance, harassment, stalking, discrimination, unlawful profiling, emergency dispatch, or any violation of law or another person’s rights;
• misrepresent an estimate or recommendation as guaranteed, official, or produced by a public authority.

Third-party services, links, and attribution

Mapping, routes, place search, weather, estimated venue activity, language processing, hosting, email, and mobile notification delivery depend on third parties. Their availability, processing, and content are outside GoKnowing’s complete control, and their current terms and policies may apply.

Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Weather information is provided with OpenWeather attribution. You must not remove, hide, modify, or interfere with attribution, copyright notices, warnings, or provider controls. External links are offered for convenience and are not endorsements of everything on the linked site.

Travel decisions and safety

Never interact with the app while driving. Follow road signs, traffic law, transport staff, venue instructions, closure notices, evacuation orders, and official weather warnings even when they conflict with the app. Confirm critical accessibility, medical, visa, border, transit, closure, and timing information directly with the responsible authority or venue.

Guardian route scores describe checked conditions from available sources; they are not crime, collision, or survival probabilities. Missing evidence, delayed reports, incorrect mapping, parallel-road ambiguity, provider outages, and changing conditions can affect the result. “No caution detected” means the checks returned no configured caution—not that no hazard exists. Route and place suggestions do not guarantee that an area, road, venue, walking route, or mode is safe, legal, accessible, open, or suitable for you.

Indoor parking-return guidance is approximate and may be affected by sensor calibration, phone position, vehicles, metal objects and building changes. Check the saved level, zone, bay, photo and official signs rather than relying on the guidance alone. Use judgment and consider local conditions.

GoKnowing intellectual property and feedback

Except for your content and third-party material, the service’s software, interface, branding, arrangement, original explanations, scoring presentation, and other GoKnowing material are owned by GoKnowing or its licensors and protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.

If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback, you allow GoKnowing to use them without a duty to compensate you, while you retain ownership of any underlying rights you already hold. Do not submit confidential ideas you are not willing to have used for service improvement.

Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You can stop using GoKnowing at any time and can schedule account deletion through Profile. The current deletion flow provides a seven-day cancellation period. Removing the mobile app alone does not delete your synced account. Deleting the account also does not cancel a recurring Apple, Google, or website subscription: manage renewal through Plans & membership or the responsible provider first.

GoKnowing may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, material or repeated violation, abusive usage, legal duty, provider restriction, or risk to other users. Where practical and safe, measures will be proportionate. Certain provisions—including payment records required for reconciliation or law, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law—continue after access ends.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

GoKnowing is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or that a route, forecast, crowd estimate, opening status, score, alert, or assistant interpretation will be complete or accurate. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoKnowing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from reliance on estimates; travel delay or disruption; missed appointments; provider content; a shared link sent by you; device or network failure; or unauthorized use outside GoKnowing’s reasonable control. You remain responsible for travel decisions and for maintaining independent reminders when timing is critical.

Changes, notices, and governing law

These terms may be updated when features, providers, security practices, business arrangements, or law change. The effective date and version appear above. New users accept the displayed version during registration. Material changes affecting existing users will receive reasonable notice or renewed acceptance where appropriate.

Service and legal notices may be delivered in the app or to the verified email associated with your account. Keep that address current. These terms are governed by applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and laws applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the referenced policies form the agreement about use of the current service unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@goknowing.app. Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@goknowing.app. Never include your password, one-time code, authenticator secret, or recovery code in a message.

Promotions and account offers

Promotions can be limited to selected accounts, plans, billing periods, payment channels, first purchases, and validity dates. A code has no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be combined with another offer unless the payment provider expressly allows it. GoKnowing may reject or withdraw a code that is expired, misconfigured, obtained through abuse, or not assigned to the account. Apple, Google, or RevenueCat confirms the final eligible price before purchase; an in-app message or email is not itself proof that a discount was redeemed.

Product emails and promotional push alerts are optional. You may disable them in Notification settings without affecting account access or safety alerts.
